    1. License Grant: KTANIMATION.COM dwara non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license personal/commercial use ke liye.
    2. Permitted Uses: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram par monetized content ke liye manzoor.
    3. Prohibited Uses: Client projects, re-selling, ya redistribution ki mnaahi.
    4. Ownership: Sabhi rights KTANIMATION.COM ke paas reserved hain.
    5. Updates & Support: Sirf file delivery tak support milega, koi technical updates nahi.
    6. Refund Policy: Sabhi sales final aur non-refundable hain.
    7. Limitation of Liability: Kisi bhi tarah ke damages ke liye hum zimmedar nahi hain.
    8. Termination: Niyam todne par license turant khatam ho jayega.
    9. Governing Law: Indian laws ke tehat, Moradabad, UP jurisdiction.
